I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the thoughtful and super passionate approach that Stephanie brings to development of our leaders at GSK.  I love the fact that she does not hesitate to call things the way they are and does so in a very honest manner with the best intention at heart.  She is acutely aware of the enhancement that can make to our culture at GSK and is willing to do so one step at a time. I have thoroughly enjoyed my learning with her as part of my ADDM program journey and much of it is attributed to Stephanie who clearly goes above and beyond to help.  What she did yesterday was super impressive to take the time to help other leaders in our department and the feedback from our team was absolutely fantastic. Wish we can clone folks like Stephanie
