Stephanie Laplante is the visionary and founder of The Leadership Space. Stephanie is a transformational leadership coach with over three decades of experience helping executives, teams, and organizations achieve extraordinary results. Known by her clients as a Leader Maker she blends practical business experience with a deep understanding of human behavior to unlock potential, elevate performance, and create lasting change.
Before founding The Leadership Space, Stephanie spent a long and successful career at a global healthcare company, rising from first-line sales leader to the Head of Talent Management and Leadership Development, and eventually to Executive Coach.
Along the way, she shaped GSK’s coaching strategy, winning the 2016 Global ICF PRISM Award. ICF recognized how GSK created a coaching culture that impacted performance and created a high performance culture.
