The workshop will be held from 9 am to 4 pm. It will include a mix of didactic teachings, skill building exercises, and coaching.

Yes, there will be short readings, videos, and reflection questions sent prior to the workshop.

No. You will learn how to elevate your coaching skills by attending the one day program. The coaching circles will deepen your coaching skills by discussing how you applied the skills and what you learned.

A coaching circle is a group of 8 - 10 people who attended the one day workshop. Stephanie Laplante will facilitate a discussion about how you applied a coach approach based on what you learned in the workshop in a small group setting. Coaching circles are a great way to deepen your learning while learning from others who are on a similar learning journey.

No. You need to attend the masterclass first.

The training will be aligned with ICF coaching competences. You can submit this training with your ICF Credential/renewal application, but ICF cannot guarantee that it will be approved for the purpose of renewing an ICF credential.
The documentation you need to provide includes: certificate, letter or email on letterhead issued by the provider with the name of the applicant, event/class, date and amount of education hours.
